Lorenzo King (defendant) was charged with robbery in violation of section 18-1 of the Criminal Code of 1961. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 38, par. 18-1.) After a bench trial, defendant was convicted of robbery and sentenced to two to six years imprisonment.
