The plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly caused by the negligence of the defendant in failing to keep its premises in a reasonably safe condition. From a judgment rendered upon a verdict for the plaintiff the defendant has appealed, assigning error in the court's denial of its motion for a mistrial, in the denial of its motion for a continuance, and in the granting of the plaintiff's motion to amend.
