Appellants have raised two propositions of law. The essence of appellants' argument is that the amendment to R. C. 3109.01, effective on January 1, 1974, reducing the age of majority from 21 to 18 years, does not operate to reduce the time in which a minor may commence an action to recover damages for injuries received prior to January 1, 1974. In other words, since the accident took place prior to the amendment, appellant was entitled to file suit...
