On August 25, 1976, appellant, Harry Paul Bryan, entered a plea of guilty in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County to a charge of robbery with a deadly weapon. On October 14, 1976, the appellant was committed to the custody of the Division of Correction for a period of two years with credit for the time he spent in jail awaiting trial. The trial judge suspended the sentence and the appellant was placed on two years...
