On our review of the judgment of the Court of Special Appeals upon grant of the State's petition for the issuance of a writ of certiorari, we agree with the claim of Marcus Angelo Boone, as did the intermediate appellate court on direct appeal, that his convictions in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County of two offenses...
