We here consider an appeal in a wrongful death action instituted as the consequence of an automobile collision which occurred on October 14, 1973, at the intersection of Federal and Bond Streets in Baltimore City. The accident resulted in the death of Herman Blake, Jr., the driver of one of the vehicles involved.
