Opinion on rehearing. Here we deal, first, with a claim that California's Agricultural Labor Relations Act of 1975 (ALRA; Lab. Code, § 1140 et seq.) divested the municipal court of jurisdiction to try two union organizers on a misdemeanor trespass charge and, second, with a claim that the criminal prosecution infringed constitutional freedoms of communication possessed by defendants...
