This is an appeal from a circuit court decision affirming the decision of the Personnel Policy Board (Board) requiring the Department of Transportation (Department) to grant back pay to respondent for a six-week period wherein he had performed work which would entitle him to a higher employee classification and consequently, a higher salary.
