First, the defendant challenges the admissibility of the eyewitness identification testimony of (1) the prosecuting witness Toby Stein and State's witness Ronald Mullvain. When defendant was returned to the scene shortly after the alleged crime was committed, Toby Stein saw him with Officer Reed and identified him as the perpetrator.
