On September 15, 1977, a jury rendered a verdict against the interpleaded claimant and in favor of defendant in the above matter. Thereafter, on September 19, 1977, said claimant filed motions for a new trial and/or for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, which have been briefed and argued and are before us for disposition.
