OPINION

HOWARD, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of three counts of forgery with prior convictions and sentenced to concurrent terms in the Arizona State Prison of not less than 10 nor more than 14 years. The record discloses the following facts.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Clapp resided in Tucson for many years. Mr. Clapp was the vice-president of the Board of Directors of the Great Western Bank. Appellant was employed as a maintenance man at the Clapp residence...
