Bobby Jones died from injuries received when he was run over by a Euclid R-50, a large hauling vehicle, driven by appellee William Hale and manufactured by appellee Euclid, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of White Motor Corporation. The Euclid R-50 manufactured in 1971 is a large truck not for highway use but designed for use in quarries...
