On October 26, 1973 defendant was sentenced by this court to consecutive indeterminate terms on three counts of obtaining money under false pretenses. He was given credit for 45 days spent in jail awaiting trial and sentence. Each of the charges involved a scheme to obtain money from banks through manipulation of travelers checks.
