This is an appeal by plaintiff from a judgment of the Franklin County Municipal Court dismissing plaintiff's complaint and finding no error on the part of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

Plaintiff brings one assignment of error:

"The trial court committed reversible error in sustaining the suspension of plaintiff-appellant's driving privileges in finding that plaintiff-appellant was properly...
