CONNORS, J.
This appeal is from a final judgment of the trial court granting a motion for a new trial after a dismissal of the case was ordered by a visiting judge subsequent to a hearing on March 31, 1976. At the close of oral argument on various questions of law, the case was dismissed by the visiting judge. That order was never formally signed or journalized.
