In this special action we are called upon to review an award made by the Industrial Commission terminating temporary disability benefits.

The petitioner, Paul Releford, sustained an industrial injury to his back on August 7, 1974 and his claim for benefits was accepted by the respondent carrier. On December 8, 1975, the carrier issued a notice of claim status terminating temporary disability...
