Petitioner, East Bank of Colorado Springs, appeals from the decision of the court of appeals in Dovenmuehle v. East Bank of Colorado Springs, Colo.App., 563 P.2d 24, which affirmed a district court judgment against East Bank based on a letter of credit which it had issued. We affirm the court of appeals.
