Mitchell, and Bobbi Mitchell were convicted of a conspiracy to transport two women, Shelly and Debbie,1 in interstate commerce for purposes of prostitution, and Charles R. Mitchell was convicted of transporting Debbie from Washington to Oregon for purposes of prostitution.
