McFADDEN, Justice.

Defendant-appellant Larry Allen Ruth appeals from a judgment finding him guilty of second degree murder and sentencing him to an indeterminate prison term not to exceed life. We affirm.

Appellant was charged with first degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon. The charges arose out of appellant's participation, apparently while intoxicated, in a drunken brawl and barroom shooting that left one man dead and another wounded. To these...
