This appeal arises from a burglary conviction. Two issues are presented. First, we are asked whether one who commits a crime when eighteen years of age can be criminally prosecuted, as an adult, when he has been previously adjudged a delinquent minor and the court has retained supervisory jurisdiction over him until age nineteen. Second, we must determine whether, in this case, there was a violation of the speedy trial requirement...
