This appeal is from a final judgment entered by the District Court for the Southern District of Florida permanently enjoining appellants Gerson Blatt, Barton Udell and John Pullman from engaging in further conduct that would violate Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder.
