Defendants Stacy Wayne Bender and Harry Robert Carhart, II were charged with possession of marijuana in violation of 6 Canal Zone Code (C.Z.C.) § 1152(1). After the district court denied defendants' motion to suppress the incriminating evidence, the parties stipulated that the evidence heard on the motion to suppress was the same evidence that would be produced at trial.
