Plaintiff appeals from an order of the District Court, Cascade County, setting aside a satisfaction of judgment.

On November 15, 1977, this Court affirmed a jury verdict of $618,000 in favor of plaintiff in his personal injury action against defendant. McGee v. Burlington Northern (1977), Mont., 571 P.2d 784, 34 St.Rep. 1304.
