Two propositions of law are advanced in this court by the state to sustain the judgment of conviction. In substance, they are (1) that the search warrant was properly issued upon a sufficient showing of probable cause, and (2) sufficient evidence that the defendant possessed drugs with the intent to sell them was presented in the trial court to support the jury verdict of guilty.
