Defendant Brian Tiedemann was charged with three offenses — aggravated assault, felony criminal mischief, and driving while intoxicated — following a high-speed chase on April 11, 1976, which resulted in the destruction of two police cars stationed as a roadblock and of the car driven by Tiedemann.
