Plaintiff Robert Stevens, Sr., brought this action pursuant to the Dramshop Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 43, par. 135). The three defendants are dramshops located in Olney, Illinois, which allegedly provided liquor to James Hemrich, Jr., who then caused the death of plaintiff's wife and minor daughter in an automobile collision.
