This is an appeal from a judgment n. o. v. entered by the district court in an antitrust case. The appellant, Dillon Materials Handling, Inc. (hereinafter "Dillon"), was the exclusive stocking distributor for the appellee, Albion Industries, Division of King-Seeley Thermos Co.
