INGRAHAM, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Godofredo Gomez was arrested on suspicion of murder. A confession later given by Gomez was suppressed by the district court on the ground that his request for counsel was refused by police. On appeal1 of the suppression order by the government, we affirm.
