MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER REVERSING IN PART AND AFFIRMING IN PART THE DECISION OF THE BANKRUPTCY JUDGE

COLLINSON, District Judge.

I.

Hugh Basil Whitlock appeals from an order of the Bankruptcy Judge declaring certain debts nondischargeable and entering judgment against him on those claims. Whitlock filed his voluntary petition in bankruptcy on April 29, 1976, listing the creditor-appellees herein on his schedule of debts.1
