DALY, District Judge.

Defendant, Benjamin Carr, Jr., is charged with receiving three shotguns and one rifle in violation of § 902 of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, 18 U.S.C. § 922(h)(1). This statute prohibits convicted felons from receiving firearms that have crossed state lines.
