On March 7, 1977, Willie Clark, Herlin Martin and John Young were found guilty by a jury of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, contrary to MCL 750.520c; MSA 28.788(3). They were also found guilty of larceny from the person, contrary to MCL 750.357; MSA 28.589.
