A one count indictment charges the Defendant Sotirios Floulis under 8 U.S.C. § 1326 with re-entering the United States after he was deported without first obtaining the requisite permission of the Attorney General. At the non-jury trial on May 14, 1978, the Defendant testified and admitted all of the critical facts alleged in the indictment.
