OPINION OF THE COURT

ADAMS, Circuit Judge.

Milan Yurasovich, the appellant in this case, pleaded guilty to two counts of a four count federal indictment for mail offenses, but after his sentencing he refused to testify at a trial of his co-defendant on the ground that his testimony could lead to additional criminal liability. The trial judge ruled that Yurasovich's guilty plea had dissipated his Fifth Amendment privilege, and held Yurasovich in contempt...
