MEMORANDUM OPINION

This action is brought by the Secretary of Labor, under Section 17 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 United States Code, Section 217, to enjoin the defendants, Howard Whitehead and James Whitehead, doing business as Whitehead Farms, from allegedly violating the overtime1 and record keeping provisions2
