NICHOLS, Justice.

Following jury trial in Superior Court in Androscoggin County, the Defendant was found guilty of homicide in the first degree.1 He brings this appeal from the judgment of conviction entered on the jury verdict, assigning as errors the refusal of the presiding justice to give his requested jury instructions on the meaning of "committed for pecuniary benefit," and the refusal of that justice to give requested instructions...
