Appellant Eaton, presently incarcerated in the Federal Correctional Institution, San Pedro, California, appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming denying relief sought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, or in the alternative Rule 32(d), Federal Rules Criminal Procedure.
