GEE, Circuit Judge:

The search of McLaughlin's automobile yielded over 200 pounds of marijuana, which led to his conviction of conspiracy to possess contraband with intent to distribute and of possession with intent to distribute.1 McLaughlin argues on appeal that the search was unconstitutional because conducted without a warrant and that the government produced insufficient evidence at trial to support his conspiracy conviction.
