This civil action for negligence was brought in the Superior Court by the plaintiffs, Vincent J. and Vera Aquilante, husband and wife, to recover damages for injuries sustained as a result of the negligent operation of a truck owned by Anthony Ventura and operated by Anthony Caruso.
