These are Georgia diversity cases consolidated for trial.

Plaintiff sued for himself and his minor child for injuries suffered by the two of them in an LP gas explosion in Georgia. The defendants are Smith, owner of the premises, and Amoco and Tri-County, suppliers of LP gas.
