In this suit plaintiff, Nathan Henton, seeks to recover special and general damages sustained as a result of an automobile accident which occurred on November 2, 1976. Plaintiff alleged that the accident was caused solely and proximately by the negligence of defendant, Eddie Jones (hereafter Jones).
