Appellant Gulf Guaranty Life Insurance Company (Gulf) on July 24, 1970, issued to appellee Citizens Bank, Columbia, Mississippi, (Bank) a master insurance policy under which Gulf insured the lives of certain debtors of Bank to be chosen from time to time by Bank. Gulf therein bound itself, among other things, upon satisfactory proof of the death of any such insured debtor and affidavit by Bank as to the amount due it by such deceased...
