These renegotiation cases, in which plaintiff's profits for its fiscal years 1967, 1968 and 1969, are at issue, come before the court on defendant's exceptions to findings of fact and recommended decision by Trial Judge Harkins. The Renegotiation Board determined that plaintiff had realized excessive profits in the amount of $500,000 for its fiscal year 1967, $550,000 for 1968, and $150,000 for 1969.
