This cause is before the court on the crossmotions of plaintiff Seymour A. Oliff; defendant Exchange International Corporation [hereinafter EIC]; and defendants Edward L. Sax,1 Samuel Wm. Sax, and the Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago,2 as co-trustees of the trusts of George D. Sax, for summary judgment.
