Defendant Comco Insurance Company appeals from a judgment of the trial court awarding to plaintiff, Leonce Hernandez, Sr., $25,000 in damages for burns sustained by him in a backyard accident resulting from an explosion of crawfish boiling equipment. The accident occurred at the home of Leonce (Lonnie) Hernandez, Jr., plaintiff's son, on premises owned by Alvin Pellegrini, Lonnie's father-in-law.
