This is an action ex delicto filed by Brooklyn Bailey Hayden and his wife, Mrs. Mayme Belle Sanders Hayden against Peter Torrence and Cumis Insurance Society, Inc. (Cumis), insurer of plaintiffs under the uninsured motorist (UM) portion of their policy. Cumis filed a third party demand against Torrence.
