This is a patent and trademark infringement action focusing on four data processing system patents allegedly held by plaintiff Digital Equipment Corporation ("DEC") and infringed by defendant Electronic Memories & Magnetics Corporation ("EMM"). The matter is before the Court on EMM's motion to dismiss for improper venue or in the alternative to transfer the case to the Central District of California.
