Upon his plea of nolo contendere, appellant Stewart Peter Klenke was adjudged guilty of the crime of receiving and concealing stolen property.1 The superior court sentenced him to a three year term of imprisonment.2 In this appeal Klenke challenges the legality of a search leading to his arrest and conviction.3 He further contends that his sentence...
