This action is for recovery for wrongful death under the Wrongful Death Act of April 26, 1851, P.L. 669, 12 P.S. § 1601 et seq., and under the Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries Code of June 30, 1972, P.L. 508, 20 Pa.C.S.A. §3371.
