William J. Weaver, decedent herein, served honorably in the United States armed forces and was wounded in September of 1918. Thereafter, he was permanently and totally disabled. On September 8, 1930, he entered a veterans' hospital and, on January 3, 1931, he was adjudicated an incompetent in Supreme Court, Rensselaer County. Mr. Weaver remained continuously hospitalized until May 20, 1969...
