This appeal concerns the right of an insurance company, which may be liable to several persons because of the negligence of its insured, to file an action in the nature of a bill of interpleader. We hold that such an action may not be maintained in Florida. See Manchester Insurance & Indemnity Co. v. Mathews, 312 So.2d 777 (Fla.2d DCA 1975).
